SALMON FILLET WITH ORANGE BASIL SAUCE   

Salmon Filet Ingredients:
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. new or frozen salmon filet
1/4 c. frozen squeezed orange, defrosted
2 tbsp. clipped basil
1 tbsp. clipped mint or tarragon
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 sm. zucchini, cut the long way

Salmon Filet Instructions:

Defrost fish, whenever frozen. For sauce, in a bowl, join concentrate, basil, mint, or tarragon, oil, water, Worcestershire and garlic.
Wash salmon, brush with sauce. Put in container with a little oil on base. Put on barbecue; cook at mechanism for 4-6 minutes or until it chips. Put zucchini on barbecue, skin side down, cook 5-6 minutes. Serve zucchini with fish. Serves 6.Enjoy !
