GRILLED SALMON FILLETS WITH MELON SALSA   

Salmon Filet Ingredients:
1/2 c. new, pineapple, diced
1/2 c. melon, diced
1/2 c. honeydew melon, diced
1/4 c. red chime pepper, cultivated and diced
1/4 c. new cilantro or mint, finely cleaved
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. new lime juice
Four 10 oz. segments salmon filet

Salmon Filet Instructions:

Put the natural product, pepper, cilantro, honey and lime juice in a bowl, blend softly and put away. Either utilize open air barbecue to cook the salmon or put the filets on the second rack of your broiler and heat them for around 10 minutes at 375 degrees or until the fish pieces without any problem. Dress the filets with the salsa, and present with wild rice and a green vegetable, for example, asparagus lances. Extra salsa can be refrigerated and served sometime in the not too distant future. Appreciate it !
